Jewelpet the Movie: Sweets Dance Princess (映画ジュエルペット スウィーツダンスプリンセス Eiga Juerupetto Suwītsu Dansu Purinsesu?) is the only full-length Jewelpet animated film. It was released to theaters in Japan on August 11, 2012.
The movie is animated by Studio Comet and directed by Hiroaki Sakurai.
Plot[]
Ruby and some of her friends travel to Sweetsland to greet Princess Mana on her seventh birthday, and give her the gift of a special dance. However, things go awry when a mysterious object falls from the sky, containing a male Sweetspet whose identity is unknown.

Development[]
The movie was first announced in February of 2012 to commemorate the fifth year of the franchise.
It stars Japanese child actress and singer, Mana Ashida, as Princess Mana. Ashida also performs the theme song for the film, "Friends Forever and Ever".

- A short animation from the Onegai My Melody series is included within the movie, titled Onegai My Melody: Friends & Love (おねがいマイメロディ 友&愛 Onegai Maimerodi Yū & Ai?).
- The protagonists of the first three Jewelpet anime series make cameo appearances in the movie.
- They are Rinko Kougyoku, Minami Asaoka, and Aoi Arisugawa from the first Jewelpet anime, Akari Sakura and Yuuma Jinnai from Jewelpet Twinkle☆ and Kanon Mizushiro from Jewelpet Sunshine.
