Munata (ムナータ Munāta?) is a secondary character from Jewelpet Sunshine.
Appearance[]
Munata has slightly wild brown hair and shining blue eyes. He wears a blue jogging outfit.
Personality[]
Munata is passionate about ice-skating and a stern and demanding coach to Peridot.
History[]
Munata is an ice-skating legend who comes to the Sunshine Academy to scout for an apprentice. He sees promise in Peridot and takes her under his wing.
Late in the show, he reluctantly teaches her the fire tornado technique, the same technique that ruined his legs and forced him to get prosthetic ones and abandon the sport.
During the final arc, Kanon searches for something that will help defeat the Dark Queen and is led to him. He reveals himself as one of the Wise Ones, but it turns out he's mistaken as he gets taken down by the Dark Queen.
